Mike Webster, President, Trade Show Division
Mike Webster established himself as a prominent figure in the motorcycle industry during a 26 year tenure at Advanstar Communications. While there, Webster managed many of the company’s product groups, including the International Motorcycle Shows, Dealer Expo, and Dealernews Magazine. Mike is a founding member of the team that launched the International Motorcycle Show tour in 1982, at that time known as the Great American Motorcycle Shows.
An AMA (American Motorcyclist Association) Charter Life Member, Webster joined Marketplace Events in 2008 and has played a vital role in establishing the company’s leadership and continued growth in its core Home and Garden segment, and will spearhead the development of other trade show opportunities in his new role as President of the company’s Trade Show Division.
Webster’s longtime friendship with Larry Little and the duo's combined vast experience in the motorcycle industry are invaluable in the development and launch of AIMExpo. The most recent addition to the Webster fleet is a 2012 Husqvarna TE 449.
Larry Little, Vice President & General Manager
Larry Little joined the motorcycle industry in 1978 in a sales position at Cycle News, and soon thereafter began a 25-plus year tenure at Cycle World magazine. Establishing himself as a key member of Cycle World’s sales and marketing team, Little became Vice President & Publisher of the world’s largest motorcycle publication in 1990.
For the past 16 years, Little has been elected to the board of directors of the Motorcycle Industry Council (MIC), and served ten years as its chairman. He remains an active member of the board. In addition, he serves on the board of the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation, the charitable that produces the highly respected Ride For Kids fundraisers. He also holds a Charter Life Membership with the AMA.
After considerable research on the motorcycle marketplace and its trade and consumer show landscape through his own company, Little joined Marketplace Events as Vice President & General Manager of the new Motorcycle Group, leading the company’s foray into the two-wheel arena. Among the many motorcycles in his garage, he particularly enjoys exploring on his KTM 950 Adventure.
Cinnamon Kernes, Show Director
Cinnamon Kernes experience in the motorcycle industry includes more than 10 years as the Operations Manager of the International Motorcycle Shows - a nationally promoted series of regional consumer shows produced by Advanstar Communications. Prior to her time with Advanstar, Cinnamon managed the logistics and exhibitor relations of several major medical associations.
An avid motorcyclist with more than more than 15 years riding experience, Cinnamon traded the Chicago winters for year-round California riding in 1999. She lovingly refers to her custom Ducati Monster as Max, and is always on the lookout for her next bike. Cinnamon brought her extensive operations skills to Marketplace Events in 2011 and leads the Motorcycle Group team heading up show management and operations for the 2013 launch of AIMExpo.
Kerry Graeber, Marketing Director
Kerry Graeber not only brings over two decades of experience in the motorcycle industry, but also a lifetime of riding. First joining Suzuki in the advertising department, he quickly rose to the position of Associate Director of Brand Marketing & Advertising.
Following more than a decade at Suzuki, Kerry directed his talents to the industry’s race sanctioning arena, and became Vice President of Communications at AMA Pro Racing, growing awareness of AMA’s professional racing properties.
A Southern California native who grew up riding at Saddleback, Osteen’s, and many of the other bygone riding areas of the region, Kerry earned an Advertising Degree from California State University, Fullerton. Given his broad industry background and deep marketing skills, Graeber is a natural fit at Marketplace Events where he and his teammates are working hard to ensure that AIMExpo adds real and lasting value to the motorcycle industry, while creating a new and highly-charged experience for motorcycle enthusiasts.

An award winning sales professional, her experience in customer-focused sales, marketing, and strategic growth are key assets in sharing the vision of the AIMExpo to industry partners.
A graduate of Cal State Long Beach in 2007, Higgins was active growing up in Southern California, enjoying competitive soccer, swimming, and water polo. Her next big adventure will be swinging a leg over a dirt bike in the Southern California deserts!

Chad Douglass brings an avid passion for motorcycles to Marketplace Events. An enthusiast for over 20 years, Douglass’ experience covers the riding spectrum from sport bikes and touring, to motocross. He shared that love of the sport at the retail level, and was a top seller at America’s largest Ducati dealership for the last five years. With deep knowledge of the marketplace and the bikes themselves, his insights are a tremendous asset to the Motorcycle Group team, and to industry companies joining the AIMExpo.
With a lifelong goal to ride in all 50 states, Chad’s excitement for two-wheels and his commitment to the industry is obvious. A native of Northern California, he made the move to So Cal 12 years ago where his passion quickly translated into year-round riding.
