MIC Member Benefits

The Motorcycle Industry Council is pleased to announce the benefits for exhibiting members at AIMExpo 2025.

• Exhibiting MIC Member companies are eligible for a show credit of $200 per 10’x10′ booth purchased (3-day trade booth). Total maximum credit of up to 50% of annual paid dues.
  • Financial benefit may be applied toward booth investment, or to enhanced show branding and promotional opportunities across the AIMExpo platform
  • New members will also be eligible for the show credit outlined above

• All MIC members have COMPLIMENTARY access to the MIC Business Center at AIMExpo, featuring:

  • Workstations with charging capabilities
  • Lounge area when you need a break
  • Access to laptops and printers
  • Use of private meeting rooms on the show floor (up to 8 ppl)
  • Complimentary beverage service (Tuesday afternoon through Friday)
  • Complimentary lunch (Wednesday through Friday)
  • Complimentary secure luggage storage
